In the garden there is an eco-friendly 40 sqm pool (1.75m deep) that is completely private and not overlooked. There are six sun loungers on a new large patio with a cozy pavilion by the pool, ideal for keeping an eye on the kids whilst they play in the pool. The pool uses an electronic cleaning system that avoids the use of Chlorine and other chemicals, making it healthy and 100% eco-friendly.
